Thank you for choosing ARFhouse-Chicago to adopt/foster your companion animal. In order to be considered for adoption, the following criteria must be met:
• You must be at least 21 years of age with proper proof of age. Current identification must show your correct address and phone number.
• You will be asked to make an adoption donation at the time of adoption. The requested donation is $200.00 for dogs, $100.00 for cats, $100.00 for rabbits and $30.00 for guinea pigs to help offset the costs such as vaccinations, spay/neutering, and microchipping.
• You must provide a landlord’s phone number or a copy of your lease, if you rent. You must also provide proof of weight/breed restrictions for your apartment or condo.
